Hi everyone I'm trying to get an appointment with the doctor but no luck yet

My son is 2 and has been getting little rashes like this on his face most his life
Health visitor always said teething rash and from slabbering
But recently it's came and hasn't really went away and it's seems me sort of like eczema type rash it's dosnt bother him but when the weather got colder it broke out more it's now been around 2 weeks of looking like this I think he needs a cream from the doctor
Has anyone any ideas what could be and things that I can get help

He's also broke out in really bad nappy rash again he's prone to them sudocream usually clears it for him but this time it's not clearing

The rashes are nowhere else on his body
I can't ask if they hurt or they are itchy as he's autistic and non verbal feel so sorry for him incase there sore just want his wee face cleared up incase it leaves perment marks

Photo attached best I could get his hard get to stay still lol

All advice be great tia

You should see a pharmacist, they should be able to help.

Not a medic, but I would think it is a fungal rash, so a little dab of canesten cream 2 or 3 times a day would help clear it. Probably the same for the nappy rash too.

My son used to get fungal nappy rash occasionally. The prescribed cream had fragrance in it that he was allergic to, so it made the rash really angry. I used canesten instead which cleared it.

When I next spoke to doctor, they agreed that canesten was appropriate and worth a try as it wouldn't do any harm.
