Needing potty training advice

My almost-three-year-old is showing zero interest in potty training. He needs to be fully trained (no pull-ups) by April in order to start a pre-school education programme. Any advice for getting the process started with a stubborn child?

I had to train mine by rewarding with crackers. My second was so easy to potty train but my first was absolute nightmare.By 4 she wasn't potty trained i had to bribe her with a bit of cracker if she did a wee and a chocolate drop for a poo.Every hour i had to sit her on the toilet for a few minutes and hope she would wee.Gave her something to play with to get her stay on the toilet for a few minutes

Dump the nappies and prepare for multiple changes. Also be prepared that they just might not be ready, not 3 yet is still young. Oh and lots of bribery
