What age do they stop getting into everything?

My LO is 14 months and I think plays well for his age but my goodness you have to watch him constantly (as expected, not saying that’s unusual). Always trying to get the remote, put a toy in the toilet, eat the toilet brush, put head in recycling bin. We know developmentally he’s not old enough to understand and is just exploring but at what age do they just stop trying to constantly seek and destroy? 😂🙈 or do they never stop? I remember being a child like 6/7 and pottering about the house playing with my toys so it must happen at some stage right!

Watching with interest, as I have an almost 14 month old DS, and I could have written your post.

The one that is really getting old, is DS constantly taking my glasses off my face. I have had to resort to wearing contact lenses all the time, which isn't ideal, as my eyes tend to get dry easily.
