First trip abroad suggestions with 3 year old

I'm hoping to have a trip abroad with my son and husband in May. Son will be 3 by then. Just wondering if anyone could recommend somewhere that doesn't take too long by plane and is quite family/toddler friendly for a first trip aboard. Thanks!

Menorca. We went three times when the DC were very young. Cala Galdana, Punta Prima and Arenal D'en Castell.
Very happy memories.

Thank you. Never considered it before so I'll get googling. I bet the weather is really nice in May too!

I also vote for Menorca! We went there pre-children then with children (one was under 1 when we first took her). We've been about 16 times and eldest daughter has been with her husband too! Have rented apartments and villas. Haven't been for a while so looking forward to going again in the not too distant future.

We went to menorca this year and it was fab, especially the short flight!
We've also done Gran Canaria which was great, but probably preferred menorca, unless we were going in winter when balarics weren't as good weather wise.

Menorca is pretty much designed for toddlers.
