Toddler constantly repeating herself, non stop talking

My daughter is 3 in march

over the last couple of weeks she is constantly repeating herself and talks non stop,

for example she will bring me one of her toys and say what it is, I'll reply with yes that's a ---- but this goes on all day, if it's not toys it's bobbles or shoes, if I don't answer her straight away she will repeatedly say it until I answer, I was on the phone to the Dr yesterday and she brought me her hair band and said hair band, I said " give mum 1 minute please I'm listening to the dr " but she kept repeating it until I answered her and even when I answered her she kept bringing me other things, this also goes if I'm having a conversation with my partner or eating or drinking ( I feel like I can't even chew my food as she's at my feet demanding something from me )
It is starting to drive me a bit mad, I play and Engage with her often like today I was organising her toys for Christmas which she helped me with ( she really enjoys helping me do house work lol ) then we played in her room for about 1.5 hours ( even during play time the repeating goes on and on, I'm fully engadged with her during this time no phone ect ) , we came down stairs to get some lunch and it was just constant when we where trying to eat, I was in the toilet and she followed me in and just kept saying toilet roll ( I'm 39 weeks pregnant and constipated so just wanted peace lol )

I am just getting a bit worried about why this keeps happening? it's also driving me a bit mad as it goes on all day and she has became very demanding recently as In if she wants something and im busy ( like doing the toilet ) she won't stop asking and asking until I've done it and starts shouting ect
She is a really sweet toddler and I love her to bits im just looking for advice on how to approach this?
I Engadge and play with her often, she's at nursery, we go on days out, her family take her on days out ect so I don't think she's bored

In my experience, this is totally normal. It's how they learn. I've got a 3 and a 2 year old. They don't stop from the minute they open their eyes until they go to bed at night. That's toddlers for you I'm afraid!

It's normal. Extend what she's saying - it's a red hairband, big car etc. She may be doing it because she wants an interaction, so you could expand upon that: it's a hairband. Where's dolly? Shall we put it in her hair?
