My mother in law and I don't get on for reasons relating to the treatment of my kids je just treating them really crap and making a difference between the other children in the family. My husband has had enough also. However my point is we have gifts sitting for her for Xmas but she hasn't called or sent anything over for the children and it is also my twins 10th birthday today no card or well wishes. How do I explain the lack of thought or compassion to my children. They feel let down by her as they see she is more involved with my nephew etc.
