Toodler has few spots and redness on cheeks

My toodler is on penicillin since 2 days and today he has a few spots on has checks and he has no fever just a sore throat from the infection. Is that something to worry about? His antibiotics course finishes today

Is it actually hand foot and mouth? Any spots on the hands and feet?

@Nikki305 no just very few spots on the checks he won’t let me take a picture lol but none anywhere else
