Baby not eating

Hi need some advice plz… My 7mo who has always been a happy baby is now suddenly cranky and clingy and keeps crying for no reason. It’s been like 2 days she’s waking up more at night and keeps crying. She’s been waking every 3hrs and wants a feed. She’s suddenly not interested in solids(which she loves otherwise).I have become a no sleep zombie because of this whole thing. Anyone knows what it might be? She doesn’t have a cold.

Teething maybe?

No signs of any teeth yet. I just checked her gums😞.

I was going to say teething too. Not that it helps because there’s not much you can do about it unfortunately.

Don’t worry about food, babies do go through phases of refusing. As long as she’s having milk as usual that’ll be enough.

If she has a temperature then look out for signs of an ear infection (wetness in ear, pulling at ear).

Hope it passes soon.

Either teeth or the 8 month sleep regression

You can't always tell if it's teeth until they appear - my son had zero physical symptoms (no drooling or redness), but went from sleeping 8 hours to waking hourly when he was teething

Could still be teething, mine was teething long before 7 months, but only had any start to cut through at 8 months. She might just be a bit under the weather, I'm sure it'll pass soon. As long as she has plenty of milk, she'll be OK.

Yessss I have seen her pulling her ear alot lately. I was thinking she’s just tired. Maybe I’ll call the GP. But my GP keeps saying ear infections resolve on their own (my eldest had a ear infection recently).
