Are there any of the original Penguin Huddle around? Catching up with you all

I was part of such a beautifully supporting group on here in 2018/2019 when TTC #1 after pregnancy loss. We were called the penguin 🐧 huddle 😍🥰

I can't remember everyone's names but am sending this out in case someone picks up on it. Apologies to all the others who were amazing supports whose names I can't remember the exact tags of! But please come on in and say hi.

I'd love to know how you're all doing! We're currently TTC for #2, and our rainbow baby is now almost 4 years old 🥰

@BabynameEdie what a lovely post! How are you? I don't really use mumsnet anymore but got an email notification you had tagged me.

We had our rainbow baby, and a pot of gold too! All thanks to progesterone I believe. Our rainbow girl was born shortly before lockdown and pot of gold boy is 6 months old. I still remember those dark days and the huge support the penguin huddle was. It would be lovely to hear from some of the others!

@strawberrye ahhh it's so wonderful to hear from you and to hear your amazing news. Huge congratulations!

What's life like with two? I'm in the TWW right now - brings back lots of memories from 2018!

I've had a tough few years post having our daughter, but it has been worth it as I've done so much work on my anxiety and depression and finally feel ready for another ☺️

I wonder if anyone else is out there!

I joined the original Penguin Huddle on the TTC board in 2018. My rainbow was born in February 2020, 5 weeks before the first lockdown and then by some miracle managed to have DD2, fell pregnant in January 2021 and she has just turned 2.

So lovely to post and ask after everyone. We formed a FB group shortly after all the babies were born as many of us got pregnant with our rainbows within around 5 months of each other.

Hope all is well with you and sending lots of baby dust your way for no.2.

My rainbow baby was due end of Jan 2020 but arrived a few days before Christmas 2019 and she's continued to be in a hurry with everything ever since. She'll be 4 this December. She now also has a little brother who turned 1 in August. I had progesterone through both pregnancies; which is what I believe made the difference for me. Although all my recurrent miscarriage tests were inconclusive.

I can't believe how fast time flies.

The Penguin Huddle was such a massive support in those dark days and I've made friends for life with some of the ladies I met on there. Such a sad bond to have; but I am so greatful for those friendships. ❤

My little boy was born on New Year's Eve in 2019 and is my absolute world! I am so grateful to be part of the huddle and it's lovely seeing updates on the FB group.

Roan will be 4 in December so we're looking at primary schools which I'm so not ready for!! He's still far to diddy to be going to school next year!!

So nice to see positive updates from fellow penguins!
