Wondered if anyone knew if milk spots can come back a few months after getting rid of them? My LO had a bad case of milk spot when he was a few weeks old and one day they just disappeared. A few days ago I realised he had quite a few small spots on his forehead, now he has quite a few small, pin prick sized ones on his forehead and a some on his cheeks. They aren’t anywhere else on his body. I just can’t think what else they could be! Thanks x
