Hi all, FTM here to a 2 year old. The first sickness bug has arrived on our house (can't believe we have made it this far to be honest!) Woke to DS vomiting in our bed. Please can I have tips for dealing with sickness. Obviously no milk and dry food but anything else? Feeling clueless here so please be kind x

Yes to milk, get them to sip it rather than gulp. Whatever food they want and push lots of drinks.

Practically I prefer to sleep with a vomiting child so I can be with them if/when they vomit again. I put layers of towels in the bed and try to direct the vomit towards the towels.

I avoid milk personally because milk sick is disgusting. 🤢 Sips of water, some plain food to eat, plenty of sleep and cuddles.
