I've never woken mine for antibiotics- if it's four doses then they have them during waking hours.

A doctor told me not to wake them, just do 7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm. Always worked for us!

I have always woken them before (with much difficulty sometimes) until the doctor told me to just make sure they're spread evenly in the day. You could always check the particular one you have with a pharmacist.

I had similar stress before, Google said 4 in waking hours and since then whenever I've asked a Dr they've said oh yes don't wake them.

So even though it says 6 hours apart 4 hours is definitely safe?
Thanks x

We never woke either, a dose last thing at night and first thing in the morning, then 2 spaced out in-between
