SUPER fussy bottle feeder

My LB, 17 weeks old, has been bottle fed since birth and has always been very fussy. Various things have been explored: tongue tie, lactose intolerance, reflux, etc, but none of those applied to him. He was on Aptamil from the beginning but struggled to bring up milk a lot, changed to HIPP Organic which made fussiness worse, and then tried Kendamil which has been the best one out of the lot - he brings wind up easily and doesn't seem to dislike taste like he did with the HIPP one.

But still he messes around constantly!!! It is driving me absolutely crackers, he takes an hour to take a bottle! He will take about 2oz or so initially, then he'll stop and bring up wind but then can't get back into taking the rest! He's chewing the teat, pushing out with his tongue and pushing away with his hands, turning his head... Sometimes he will take a sip, push away, pull back in and take another sip lots of times in a row. Then he'll want another break, then he'll have half an oz, then he'll want his dummy... And so on and on and on. If I take his bottle away when he stops feeding initially, he wants more just half an hour later and the cycle repeats - I'm not being funny but I don't have time for that! I have a teenager and a very nearly 4yo, and I'm a single parent. This is SO time consuming, it's making me tear my hair out! My house looks a mess, I'm not keeping up with anything, I feel like all I do is fight with baby over his bottle all day.

HV suggested cross cut teat (didn't work, he was spluttering and pushing away and crying straight away), or a different bottle with very soft teat. He's currently on MAM Easy Start/anti colic with a teat size 2. Can anybody suggest bottles for me to try, please, before I slowly go insane?! 🥴🫠

MAM teats are a weird shape, my DD can't feed on MAM bottles.
We've got Dr Brown's as the teats are longer so easier for her to latch (she had tongue tie).
I think tommee tippee are a similar shape to Dr Brown's so they might be worth a try if you don't want the faff of cleaning the tube etc in Dr Brown's.
I bought one bottle from amazon to try and then bought more once I knew they worked for her.

Try the old school traditional style bottles.

Lactose in incredible rare in babies. It’s much more like to be cmpa than lactose intolerance.
