Well, some decisions are more important than others. (the following is from a page in our handout)

3 levels of decision: Strategic, tactical, operational.

Strategic decisions are usually more important.

Tactical ones are medium, with moderate consequences.

operational ones are day to day decisions made with little thought.

oh and me. I had intended to start it today but keep finding other things to do. I have exactly 4 weeks to do a 3000 word research assignment. Im hoping that
a) I win the lottery so I dont have to go back to uni
b) It writes itself.

OK so if I did a table (tables can be in the appendix & don't count for words) which said person A can do 5 jobs, needs training for 3 jobs, and could never do 2 jobs then for each other person....

Then that would show whether a, B or c were the best person for the job?

Only it doesn't because the person who is going to do the job doesn't come out best - however no one else will do it...poop
