Baby allergy (pic?)

Baby had a bad case of baby acne that sort of cleared up then came back a bit. She’s 6 weeks tomorrow and breastfed.

I’ve been bathing her ever night in emollient and using emollient cream.

She didn’t wake up this bad this morning but now is rubbing her face on things and the ‘baby acne’ has got worse.
Her cousin has CMPA. No temp but rash covers shoulders too and that’s about it. Also very snuffly/snorting.

Newborn check on Tuesday but anyone seen this before?

But I wouldn’t bath her in anything at 6 weeks with rash skin. Just bath as little as possible the new few weeks 1-2 times a week max, warm water only. No soap, no lotions

For context this is her yesterday.

Is the rash all over or in certain areas? Any temperature?
Are they feeding/ sleeping ok?

Looks sore, sending hand hold must feel so helpless

Rash on face shoulders and top of chest and back…
no temp.
feeding ok.
sleeping ok at night but won’t let me put her down today which I can understand!
I’ve mostly cut out dairy as a precaution but had milk on my cereal today.

That’s what I was doing and it was getting worse. Doing the bath seems to help. Tbh she’s on a bath seat so only her bum in the water and I wipe her face.
