Hello, looking for some opinions.

I have a lady who babysits for me once a week while I work. Her son has chicken pox but she had it as a child. Is it ok for her to still come to my house, with my 16 month old? My husband also never had it as a child.

Wdon't t want it right before Christmas, but also she relies on the money and we rely on the help so I can work. If its risky of course we will just pay her. Thank you in advance for any advice.

It is possible to get CP more than once - usually if the first time was a very mild infection, or if you were very young the first time. Of course, in these instances, it might be that it wasn't actually CP in the first place - hence the 'second' infection.

There is a very slight risk that the lady could catch CP.
