Co-parenting apps/tips???

Hi, can anyone recommend any co-parenting apps or tips? Even with a CO I’m still finding it difficult to find a middle ground of communication and now ex has started emailing my solicitor directly when he disagrees with me or the CO. 🤷🏼‍♀️
