Tips for hosting guests with young baby

I have a 2 month old, my dad is coming to stay for a few days as he lives in another country.

My husband WFH and has been doing reduced hours so it's been easy for us to have our day to day totally revolve around baby and her needs, feeds, naps etc.

Any tips for doing this with a guest? My dad isn't the kind of guest who will help out with the baby other than holding and cuddles. Is it ok to expect his time here to revolve around baby too? Eg it takes about 15 mins at the mo to settle her for a nap and then DH and I are quieter while she sleeps - ok to expect dad to wait while I settle her and then not be too loud?

I don't want to treat her like a PFB but I want to make sure she's not too distruped for the sake of my dad.

"dad, lovely to see you, we're trying to get the baby into a routine so this is our schedule XYZ & it would be really helpful if you could do XYZ. I know you've done it all before when you had me but DH & I are finding our feet, 1st time parents and all that (tinkly laugh)"
Good luck, I hope your ddad mucks in

i don’t think it’s unreasonable to tell family this is what you do when- depends how ott you are?
