Hi,

Can anyone recommend some apps to help kids who are 4 & 6 years old get a bit more interested in eating healthier foods? Either some games or educational type apps for tablets?

Thanks

Have you tried 'DIY' meals eg pizza / fajitas / wraps?

Not an app, but for DD1 I had poster with rows of fruits and vegetables. She stuck a sticker over each item when she tried it, and got a treat (small toy) when she'd completed a row.

Good idea and what I'm looking for, just digitally lol

Same! Just came across these guys who are building one by the looks of it. Looks really cool on their website, I think it's like a story mode app where kids get immersed in the cartoon world. They are also building a meal planner/food diary for parents to understand how to give them the correct nutrients. wish we had it now lol

Worth doing their survey so they know what we want and you can win £100 Amazon voucher
