My child is 2 and he hasn’t been out at all recently due to this strep a going around I am so scared I have really bad anxiety aswell so little health things scare me it was with me first and now my child.

we took him out in the garden all packed up for 5-10 mins to enjoy the snow he sneezed once in the morning and since then nothing but now I am freaking out what if he gets I’ll or gets strep A😩😩

the anxiety is not helping at all my husband is saying he seems perfectly fine to him but my anxiety is driving me mad.

doery for the rant I needed someone to talk to. Please don’t judge.

He hasn’t been out at all- he doesn’t have strep a. I know it’s a very worrying time, especially for people with anxiety, but remind yourself that you are likely to have had strep a before.
Forums like this undoubtedly fuel the anxiety. Be kind to yourself

@Ansumpasty yes we went out with him outside as we don’t have a garden but he didn’t come in contact with anyone just enjoyed the snow for a bit and came out snide. But yes anxiety doesn’t help 😩 I have had therapy aswell it feels like it has helped but comes back again after a bit

I'm sorry but you'll do him more than good by being hugely over protective like this.
Your anxiety may well rub off on him.
Please seek some help.
