Birds & The Bees book for my DDs

Im looking for a sex ed book, for my 7 year old DD (and probably for her 5 yr old sister too) Im looking for one approriate to her age, and that she can look at by herself (as she gets embarassed) btu can come to me with any questions

Any recommendations?
