Were they the rainbow bamboo or organic?

Bamboo doesn't go as stiff as cotton, but it doesn't stay as soft as when you first feel them.

Ooh no, fleece doesn't absorb anything - it works by the wetness shooting through and then where it doesn't absorb that is a dry layer against baby's skin.

What did you use Snappy???

I don't think there is much difference between the rainbow and natural bamboozles. I prefer bambinex or bambeasy myself, and with the right combo of nappies and wraps you could probably get the same for £50 or less. The tots wrap isn't the most reliable, you would be better off putting a set together with a motherease wrap.

oh well is mum will be dry 2night then

i would really like some of thos bamboo ones do they stay alot softer than the normal cotton ones saying that tho i use comfort any way as i find it makes them more absorbent i use it on our towels too so would they stay reasobly soft

erm... it was a fleece liner, beehinds with both inserts, bamboo MEOS and one of those hooge fleecey/pul wraps that the zone sells with a dog on the back. he waddled lol.

SnappyLaGore · 02/02/2008 00:06

sorted his dry/red looking bum and wlly out overnight tho

babyjjbaby · 02/02/2008 09:21

ha ha they do look funny when they go to bed at night tho don't they the moment he gets up in the mornin i change his nappy into a normal reusable

Good combination

BJJB - The comfort will coat the fibres of the nappy and make them less absorbent over time If you want them to stay soft but absorbent you would be better off with a splash or vinegar in the wash, or to wash the nappies with soapnuts.

babyjjbaby · 02/02/2008 09:54

ok i will try that i just find all the nappie and towels seem more absorbent with comfort i really do want some bamboozles they are lovly what would u say a used one is worht in size 1 and good condition or a day pack used

OP posts:
FlameNFurter · 03/02/2008 10:57

I would say about £4-5 for a used one, you tend not to get people selling used as a pack

babyjjbaby · 03/02/2008 11:18

oh thanks i am still looking
