I cant keep going on so little sleep and try 2 work full time and grow a wee baby. Im at complete breaking point

no advice just didn’t want to read and run, in the same situation with my 9 month old and completely given up hope that it’ll ever improve. I’ve tried it all and nothing works. She’s a miserable overtired mess all day every day and I have no idea what to do anymore.

Sleep train! My toddler was a dreadful sleeper, but after a few nights of the Ferber method she sleeps through the night (unless she's ill, in which case I'm in there with her), and is sooooo much happier in the daytime now she's getting better sleep!

I wish sleep training would work but she just lies awake and cant seem 2 get herself over 2 sleep. She shouts out, we settle her... rinse and repeat every 30 mins or so ... we r in with her for no more than 2 mins but its the repeated shout outs which means nobody gets any sleep until she goes over. I really hate this part of parenting and at nearly 3 i thought she would b sleeping not killing us every night

You have my complete sympathy OP. My DS had Tongue Tie and it affected her sleep for years.

https://www.nocrysolution.com/books/the-no-cry-sleep-for-toddlers/ this book should help.

Also, is she getting enough to eat and drink in the day? Lots of toddlers have disturbed sleep which can be cured with tweaking what they eat in the day.

Have a read of this guide from the Caroline Walker Trust. It should give you a good idea of if she's getting enough to eat Wink

And I know that you're PG but is she getting enough opportunity to burn off some energy in the day? Getting outside has been proved to help sleep, even if we're not getting much daylight.
