My 3 year old has scratched his younger sibling on the face which has healed but has left some small faint indents on his face. Not red, skin colour but just thin lines on his face. They are not noticeable until you are close. I was just wondering if anyone had this before on their child and if, in time they will go away or fade to nothing. Thank you
