Really hating parenting my 10 month old

There are certain grizzly, whiney days that I just hate. Today is one of them. I cannot cope with the grating, demanding screech.

Absolutely dreading the eldest being off school for three weeks over Christmas.

I don't want to be a shouty mum. I hate that too.

I have a 9 month old and there are days where I hate every minute of parenting. She’s the worst, actually the worst sleeper in the entire world, and because of it she has days where she’s just constantly whinging and crying. It’s hard to even take her out because she won’t sleep in the car or pushchair ever so every time we are out we have to rush around to get home for her next nap.
it can be hard to remind myself how small and helpless she is when she’s being like that, just hoping she gets better soon but I’ve been hoping that for a while!

I have a 7 month old and I hate it too. It's so boring and stressful at the same time. And the sleep is a mess

Hi @abcdefghijkml , I just started a thread about my shouty 10 month old who was getting me down today. Must be something about this age! Trying to remember that everything is a phase… How is your little one? Any let up?

Around 1 year old (probably 10 to 14 ish months) was absolutely dire for us to. DC whined, shouted and cried what felt like solidly! I was not sad to go back to work at the end of maternity leave! It was all frustration. When they walked and started talking (at about 14 months) they became a little ray of sunshine.
