Just wondering.. if 15 month old wakes at 6.30/7, has breakfast, then naps at 11.30-1/1.30.. what time would you give lunch?
Atm I'm giving her a snack (fruit) at 10 then lunch when she wakes up. Dinner is at 5, then bed at 6.30. Sound alright? X

My daughter has the same wake and nap times, we do a snack at 10:30, usually something carby and a bit of fruit then lunch between the 1:30-2

Snack at 4

Then we eat dinner altogether between 6-6:30

Bedtime is between 7-7:30

😊

If it works for you it sounds great.

I'd probably do lunch first because I find they nap better if they're full, but if she's sleeping well as it is then carry on.
