I was recently in a similar position, almost 11 month old no teeth coming through. I was concerned as my DD started getting hers at 6 months, then 6 days ago, bam - one front tooth at the top start breaking through then a couple of days later, the next front tooth. So in the space of 6 days, 2 teeth now emerging. I was planning on taking him to the dentist at 12/13 months if teeth hadn't appeared

If you fell the gums with your fingers, you will probably feel the teeth close to the surface if he's teething

Just an update, two bottom teeth starting to come through so 4 teeth in 6 days. I reckon once your dc gets the first, the others will soon follow

You’ll see a greyish indent when a tooth is about to pop through. My DD was 1 year and 6 days when she got her first tooth.
