Hiya, looking for a bit of reassurance hopefully that I'm worrying too much. I have a 2week old daughter. My 4 year old son is unwel with a cough and fever. I'm panicking about her catching it and generally being a winter baby. I know it cant be helped as my son is at school and is going to pick things up. I'm generally limiting visitors other than family and the odd close friend. Not going out many places either. But how much should / shouldn't I wrap my newborn up in cotton wool?? I dont want to fear going out, going near ppl, fearing my son going near her but at the same time you hear some scary stories about newborns getting really ill because of their lack of immune systems.
