I've heard that aloe Vera is good for baby eczema but can anyone tell me any good creams without having to buy a whole aloe Vera plant

Elena’s Nature collection worked for mine. Not sure if it’s still available 🤔

I'd be careful about using Aloe as it can aggravate symptoms for some people, like me.

Has LO been allergy tested to see what's causing the eczema?

PritiPatelsMaker · 26/11/2022 09:42

Sorry didn't explain what I meant there. By all means try creams with Aloe but I wouldn't but a huge amount before you've tried it just in case it makes things worse Wink

How old is your baby and how bad is the eczema?

I wouldn't use aloe personally, you want an emollient. I went through so many different creams when my son was a baby, some worked for a while then stopped working, we now use Cetraben to keep him moisturised which is great. But he has steroid cream when he has a flare up and nothing beats that.

Plain old Vaseline (petroleum jelly)

we took ds1 to a private dermatologist as he had bad eczema flares at about 1 yr old

his recommendation was to use plain Vaseline

Hey, was just wondering if anyone knows a good, all natural moisturiser for baby. I’m currently using moogoo which I think is fab, but it costs £13.50 a bottle and it only lasts a week.
Thanks in advance!
