Temperature and newborn sleep

Hi

I have a 8 week old and I've started putting her to bed in a long sleeved vest and a 1.0 tog bag. Our house falls from 20-17 degrees at night. Concerned my little one is not wearing enough but she easily gets heat rashes.

Can I ask what are your newborn is sleeping in and what temperatures
is your house at night?

I think a sleep suit too could be too warm. Tricky, Ive ordered at 2.0 tog but won't have it for a few nights. Tonight I have her in a 1 tog plus long sleeved vest plus cotton trouser bottoms with feet. Temp is currently 20. At the next feed in 3-4 hours I'll remove bottoms and swap the bag for 2.5 tog. Hopefully will work for baby.
