Has anyone had court procedures due to not being able to co-parent.

I'm in. a situation where I don't get along with my child's father and he wants to take it further due to me not letting him take him away from him as he has never looked after my baby alone, he's never changed a nappy he's never made a bottle he probably doesn't even know what size nappy baby wears. Financial he doesn't support us. He's mum took my baby away for a couple hour without my permission.
When he come down to see him he doesn't participate in bathing him as he doesn't want to spend time with me he prefers to sit on his phone.I prefer him not to take him without my supervision.

What isit like going through the court side of this?

I've not had experience of this sorry @lol944 but hopefully someone will be along soon who has.

I just wanted to say that if he wants to apply for a child arrangements order, I'd let him. He sounds like it might be too much effort for him to bother doing anyway.

Rights of Women will give you free legal advice, but it might take you a while to get through.

TBH I'd say that you'd love him to apply and then apply for CMS.
