Sleep help

Hey
so DD 13 months old used to sleep like a dream from the 6/7 month mark. Occasionally woke up once a night. Anyway the last month she has become a total sleep demon. It started when she had a bad time with her teeth, 4 coming through at once but she’s stopped teething now and is still waking up like 6/7 times a night.
Has anyone experienced this.. a child who used to sleep so well suddenly deciding they hate sleep.
she has 2 naps usually totalling 3 hours per day.

I'd also vote keep the nap and make bedtime later. Aim for 8/8:30. I reckon she needs to build up a bit more sleep pressure in order to go back to sleep when she's woken up.

That's when my son goes to sleep. He can't manage without a nap yet, he gets very emotional once he's been up 7+ hours.

Sadly most people I know with a two year old just don't get much of an evening.

Sorry wrong thread.

It does sound like she's napping a lot for a child of this age though.

Yes yes yes! Used to be a great sleeper then the teeth ruined it all. She’s 2 now and still wakes multiple times a night 😅 probably not what you wanted to hear. Realistically their sleep is up and down for a few years, just except it and don’t stress yourself over it. It’s natural - exhausting - but natural.
