His first bottom front tooth came through at 6 months and then the second bottom front tooth pretty much followed straight away. Since then absolutely nothing. Should I be concerned? He is on the waiting list for our dentist and there’s no available spaces elsewhere either.

I will add that he’s definitely had teething troubles - sore ear, red cheeks, dribbling etc but there is absolutely nothing! I check twice a day when I brush his teeth

My DD1 was stuck with just her bottom two front teeth for aaaaages and was really late with getting any more. Then suddenly they started coming through in pairs every couple of months.

I'd say there's no reason to worry about it - they will come through eventually and there's nothing that can really be done to hurry them along, nor does it really mean anything of they come through late.
