what routine do you have

I am a SAHM with a 4 yr old dd who goes to preschool 5 mornings a week for 21/2 hours a day. I wondered what everyone else did with the rest of their day. We go to tumbletots once a week but the rest of the week is playing at home etc or sometimes out to park shops etc depending on weather. Looking for some insight/inspiration. Thanks

When mine were that little, I did mother and toddlers, preschool and swimming, and that was it. I figured dd and then ds needed time to just be, to play and to create in their own enviroment, as well as going for a walk.
Whilst at home, we would do stuff like make christmas/birthday presents, make tents, educational games on the pc, cook and visit family. When my dd was born she had four great grandmothers and a great grandfather, we would visit each one as I wanted her to have memories.

My DD is 6 wo. We do baby massage on a monday, new mums on tuesday, coffee with friend on wed/thurs and breastfeeding group on friday. I was worried I would feel isolated as we haven't lived here long and the only friends I have are my colleagues, most of them I didn't really think were friends either but little parcels for DD keep turning up so they must think more of me than I thought Its nice that we have lots to do and somewhere to go almost everyday. Problem is I am also supposed to be doing a masters (online) and don't have much time

I work mon and tues, thurs meet for coffee with other mums, wed and fri either park, swimming, soft play, zoo, playgroup etc. Weekends don't tend to do much as these places are overrun with older kids (my dd is 16months)and my dd tends to get overwhelmed and so just hang round the house.
