Is this normal?
my 3 YO seems to pick up a bug everytime we go out! jist got over a bug two weeks ago that the whole house had and she just woke up and puked everywhere just now....

I can't do all that again 😩

she has vitamins, we wash hands...I'm also so very fed up. Waaah. Anyone dealing with the same?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
LBFseBrom · 24/11/2022 04:37

That is very hard for you, Mrs P, but it is a fact that children of your daughter's age do pick up bugs easily. Mine was always catching something or other, usually of the upper respiratory variety. I was the same as a child. The phase doesn't last forever.

It is normal I’m afraid. It’s annoying if you pay for a regular nursery day(s) and they just seem to go there to buy a new bug and be off again. Silver lining…they’re building their immune system. 😁

Thanks for your sympathy. She doesn't go to nursery but I have worked in one so I know the score but still doesn't help 😩
She wasn't sick again so far so might just be a cold virus set it off, idk yet. I feel so bad for her and for me! My husband is about to go away on a work trip too! All my worse nightmares rolled into one, being left alone with a sick child, no car, no support! Gaaah

It's bad this year apparently due to lockdowns. It's shit, I'm sorry.
