there is a child arrangements order in place which my ex took me to court to have nearly 50/50 shared access. My daughter is primary school age. The arrangements started off quite well (I went to court as my daughter was spending 2 nights a week and I was worried about the length of time she would suddenly be trying to adjust to)
however gradually my ex is spending less and less time with her on his contact time and she is now sleeping at her aunties for most of his contact time.
my ex refuses to coparent so I can’t even try to have a chat with him
daughter is now starting to act out a lot when she’s back and in floods of tears has said she feels like she is being passed from pillar to post and just wants to spend time with her dad when she goes
