so my sons always had a massive red mark and a lump every time he's had his jabs ( his brother never had anything!) but this time he hasn't got a red lump it's his whole thigh that's swollen! he doesn't like it being touched - as expected, but he's still running round, playing etc. should i call someone about it or leave it another night see how it is tomorrow? it's been 24 hours since he's had them. I would draw a dotted line around the edge of the red area, to see if it’s spreading.
you could give some paracetamol and piriton, then see how it is tomorrow
