Hi,

My 9 month old daughter is going through a phase we think of waking up crying few times through out the night for no reasons. she won't go back to sleep unless picked up by myself or my hubby. then we end up co sleeping and she falls straight back to sleep.

She goes down in her cot for 8pm and sleep through until 1-2am then starts crying loudly then will fall straight back to sleep in our arms.

any advice if tops please? She is teething and too teeth coming through so that probs isn't helping.

Sounds like a sleep regression. My DD had one at 9 months. I think that was the hardest one for us because it felt like we were going backwards.
Keep doing what you're doing. She's still so little and she will grow out of it. Both my kids didn't sleep through until past their first birthday. You'll get there

Could she be cold?

Could she be cold?

Came to say the exact same thing, she sounds cold and when you pick her up she gets your body warmth, it increase temperature in her room or ad an extra onesie
