Sunday night we're starting CC with 9m old DD2 and I'm dreading it - I'm so fucking tired I don't know where I'm going to find the strength to stick with it in the middle of the night rather than caving in... Also very anxious about her waking 3yr old DD1. But she's waking hourly, im getting migraines from sleep-dep and I've done myself a nerve injury from feeding in the rocking chair through all hours of the night. I have to do it! But I don't know how I'm gonna find the energy.

Sending strength. Stick with it - its gunna be a few nights of torture but during those middle of the night ones keep reminding yourself in a week or two things will be soooo much better

She's down, I'm in bed and will be attempting to sleep in a minute to store up however much sleep I can get. Fingers crossed.

Holy shit. She woke 3 times between 11 and 1, each wake lasted about 15min, and then she slept til 6. I can't believe it was that easy.

Consistency is key now. It might be first night luck.it might be just how brilliant it’s going to be going forward. Either way keep going.get those little pathways in his brain into this new routine
