Family court

So me and my daughters father had court last month where they put an order in place. This was typed up during the sitting but is yet to be sent out, they’re very behind. He’s now messaged saying he wants to see if he can get the order changed. Does anyone know if he can just get the case reopened or if he would need to reapply and go through mediation etc first again. He got 50/50 and a lot of other things he wanted but he’s never happy and just causing unnecessary drama.

My DS has separated from his partner and they have two children - a toddler and a baby. They are at war and we’ve suggested going through Family Court to put arrangements in place and resolve issues. They are constantly playing mind games. She’s a good Mum and the children are very well cared for but we worry about the children with all the arguing. Her Mum is over involved and stirring things up between them. She is saying she wants the children some weekends but I believe grandparents don’t have rights. Any advice on family courts or this situation would be gratefully received? Thanks.

Might be a good idea to repost this in your own thread so it doesn't get lost. Legal section is probably best.
