How do I fix first santa visit

Both sets of GPs want to come to DS first santa visit. They've got a day they're all free so theyre all set. But most places only accept 2 adults per child. (DS is 6 months). Should we just wait until next year, or go somewhere free and 'out in the open' so to speak (free), so hubby and I do it and all GPs watch from the sidelines? (FYI, Hubby's parents first grandchild, but my parents missed out on my siblings 2 kids first santa visits)

Asking as it seems important to both sets of GPs, as none have done the 1st santa with any grandchild, and I don't really have the energy to upset any GP. One lives miles away, one has anxiety and never forgets anything negative their adult kids does to them as an adult, one has depression and one's really wanting not to miss out again after missing other grandchildrens firsts at Christmas time.

If you want to include them all go somewhere where you and DH are right there and the GPs can watch.

Where we live the local National Trust places did Santa for the 2-3 weekends before Christmas and you could deffo go in with any number of people. I recall a pic I took with me, DH, all three DC and at least one GP, maybe two. It was quite outdoorsy (in an outbuilding on the property) but all good.

Or is this limit on adult numbers a Covid thing?

Otherwise I say just go to the free place and maybe check first if they will let GPs be in a pic (which I what they want I presume, as a 6mo's reaction to Santa is going to be non-existant).

A few options;
You can hire Santa to come to you or
Book a ‘breakfast with Santa’ etc where it’s ticketed.

Have you got Santa’s grotto somewhere locally like museum or department store or farm? Some place where Santa is present but there is no presents and therefore booking system. We had Santa at the local department store ( before Covid) . He was collecting for a charity, we did donation and took a photo with him.

Can one of them dress up as Father Christmas? You could borrow a suit.

A village or school fete may be a better place to allow more adults in.
