My 4 month old son has coughed & sneezed almost every day since coming home
I wouldn’t describe it as excessive, he probably coughs a little dry cough maybe 2-5 times a day (sometimes whilst sleeping), & sneezes a similar amount too
Doesn’t sound congested, no runny nose, no red eyes (has had a cold once around 8 weeks that lasted a couple of days)
Is this normal for babies to just cough / sneeze daily without anything being wrong?! Like just normal bodily functions? I do suffer with health anxiety myself so I worry about him constantly
Phoned GP & they were pretty useless tbh, just said it could be allergies / asthma / normal & to wait it out if he’s not in distress - which he isn’t
We do have 2 dogs in the house for reference, but his skin doesn’t go red or anything when he touches them
Anybody elses baby have the same? Google tells me any type of coughing in babies isn’t normal!
