Baby blood in stool

On the phone to 111 at the moment and panicking. My 5mo has had diarrhea for 2 days (we all have a sickness bug) and has just had this in her nappy.

Could it just be from pooping so much? I’m terrified

How is your baby? Any tummy ache?

Still bloody poo. Dr says it’s likely gastroenteritis but has taken samples and sent them off. She’s absolutely fine in herself!
