Court ordered child arrangements order, father hardly there when my daughter goes (primary age) she’s come back in tears saying she feels like she is passed from pillar to post (his mother…sister) and she doesn’t understand why he doesn’t want to see her, the weekend he was meant to have her he was spotted at an event with his girlfriend and her daughter, my daughter saw them and was devastated, the letter I got from his solicitor simply said he was not available that weekend and I would need to care for her

advice on how to deal with this? He refuses to deal with me at all and will only contact me via his solicitor which is hardly ever, tried to convey how our daughter was feeling and the letter was ignored

it was him who applied to the court for more time

Fuck that is so hard. Could you go back to court and ask for first refusal? So if he can't (or won't) care for her on his time, he has to ask you first before he sends her to anyone else? Then she might not feel so rejected?

I don’t think that’s just posted, the other week I got one weeks notice that he wouldn’t be available for the following 3 weeks, i scrambled about trying to find a childminder as it fell in the holidays and I work
