Mild Chickenpox??!

Nursery is rife with chickenpox and DS was off for a week with a really heavy cold, off his food etc. On Friday spots appeared on his torso, only about 8. They aren't bothering him, haven't blistered. I'm not sure if it's chickenpox or not? I've already had a week off and need him back in nursery if I can. He's 100% in himself. We aren't quite 48hrs in from the spots appearing.

Yep, Chicken pox. My DD only had a few on her tummy, just one was a blister, but it was the pox.

Thanks, its really difficult to know if it's not typical. My eldest had them at the same age (2.5) mildly and they didn't bother him either but they definitely blistered over so I knew 100% that's what it was. My mum's away so I'll need to confirm to MIL that I'll need her for the week 🙄
