Baby cough

My daughter is almost 6 months old and today has had a congested nose and cough. Any tips for helping her? She’s been really irritable and struggling to sleep bless her

Sterimar nasal spray for kids. It's super gentle, and does an amazing job clearing DD congestion (she basically has a permanent runny nose and cough now because of nursery)

Nasal aspirators work wonders! Eg NoseFrida Babies may or may not let you use them but defo worth a try!
