My little girl is 9 months and I have kept her on stage 1 kendamil however is it worth moving her on to stage 2 formula? What’s the difference?

No difference really. Follow on milk is pointless and was only invented to get around advertising laws for formula.

Stage two formula has more sugar in it than stage one.
Stick the first stage formula.

My understanding (admittedly from 9ish years ago now) is there is little difference and that follow on milk was created to bypass advertising rules on formula - i.e. you can't advertise formula for babies under 6 months (I think) but you can for older babies. I appreciate this makes me sound like a bit of a conspiracy theory nut - I'm honestly not!

Yes definitely switch! It’s cheaper, is can go on promotion/special offer and you can get reward points on it e.g. Boots advantage.

Nutritionally it’s not necessary though!
