So before I went back to work, baby was sleeping in own room in a cot, waking up 2-4 times a night for feed and I was doing all wake ups.
Now that Im working baby’s dad also supposed to be doing wakings but to get more sleep he started taking baby to bed.
And here we are, after 3months of coosleeping its worse than newborn stage.
Im crying right now, I have been holding her for the last 2 hours absolutely refusing to be put down in a cot. Normally I would just take baby and go to sleep together (yes 8pm as I have no choice) but I havent even brushed my teeth. Just sitting and holding her.
Im so so fed up, things were going better but HE wanted to get more sleep. And Im the one who coosleeps now every night anyway

Can you go and sleep on the sofa and he sleeps with her tonight?

So he should co-sleep.

Sounds like your DH has created a bit of a problem! If neither of you want to co sleep then I'd recommend sleep training to get her back in the cot. Make sure your DH helps to do this and it's not all you. Feber method should have her sleeping in the cot with minimal crying fairly quickly, just make sure she's not teething / hungry etc before you begin and make sure you have a few days to be consistent with routine every night. In my experience it's worth a little bit of crying for the whole family to get more sleep and be happier
