Kendamil for colic?

So long story but i’ll try cut it short. my baby boy is 5 weeks old and we have had nothing but issues with him since birth he’s got horrific colic and reflux and i struggle to get any sleep at all on a night because he won’t go down in his crib for more than 40/50 mins at a time and just wakes up screaming and screaming sometimes it can go on for 6-10 hours none stop. I have gone private and had his tongue tie cut and also seen an osteopath today - she was great but too early to tell if she did any good long term.
He started on Aldi milk, then moved to Aptamil comfort milk and now today was advised from the midwife to go on Kendamil Organic - but he’s kicking off after each feed he’s had so far today on this milk and sicking up the milk? not loads but he never usually does this. Is this normal for this milk and should i carry on or should i quickly switch back to Aptamil comfort?
I am totally at a loss with the screaming for hours on end so i’m really disappointed this milk doesn’t seem to be helping :(

You need to give it a good 2 weeks to see if the milk change makes a difference, 3 milks in 5 weeks is quite a lot of change! I would stick to the kendamil for 2 weeks and then see how things are. I switched from cow and gate to kendamil and my LO didn’t 💩 for a few days so I was debating about putting her back on the cow and gate but stuck with the kendamil and glad I did. The formulas all meet the same regulations so are very much the same really but the kendamil does have kinder ingredients
