What cream is best for eczema on face? My 10 month olds eczema has come back on his face and I think it’s down to the weather as this completely cleared up in the summer. We used to use Epaderm from the doctors but find it’s really really greasy for his face. I have heard Aveeno is good but there is loads so which one?

No sure on which cream but that does sound like an allergy OP.

I find the good night emollient balm good for little patches like that, just pop it on after his bath.

Will literally work overnight for us.

I use the light blue Aveeno baby lotion for my kids' faces, it's really.mild but great for their eczema although their's is very mild on just their wee cheeks.

Sudocream works when my little one has a flare up. 2 nights and it's gone!

I didn’t think of sudocrem! He had really bad eczema all over his body last winter ip until he was around 5 months old then we went on holiday and it cleared up! There is nothing on his body at the moment they are just little red spots on his cheeks (looks like a rash actually) but the doctor said it was eczema
